Well what are FAQ, well it means "Frequently Asked Questions"

And here are a few we often get asked:

Q: I can not find the address of your villa on the site?

A: No it isnt here, for security reasons we do not list it, most owners dont. We send you details of the address and directions to the villa with your final payment.

Q: We dont really want to hire a car, are there good bus links form the villa community?

A: We dont recommend you stay at any villa community without a car, you would be best staying in a hotel which offers free transfers to the parks.

Q: I have stayed in a villa before and had to go and pick the keys up, what happens with your villa?

A: We have a lock box located at the villa on the wall, this contains the front door key, about a week before you go to Florida we send you the code.

Q: What if there is a problem when we are at the villa?

A: We send you the details and telephone number for Kathy, the lady who looks after our home and cleans it, any problems and she will sort them out.
