Most of the homes for sale are listed on a database which you can search, Kathy's website enables you to search these details. If you go to her home page above, then click "view properites" from the left hand menu.

For a home to rent you need to choose "single family" in property type, this will list all the properties for sale in Florida, so you need to narrow the search down and just search specific areas, so choose "display cities with Zips". the areas you then need to choose are:

Kissimmee 33897 : this area is the area where our villa is Lindfields, it also has villas in Emerald Island, Formosa Gardens and many more. These are the closest villa communities to Disney

Davenport 33897 : this area covers Highway 27 south just at the end of the 192, this is quite a large area and covers communities like, Davenport lakes, highlands reserve, southern dunes and more.

Clermont 34711 : this area covers communities north of the highway 27 and includes the likes of millbrook manor and others.

There are other communities in other areas to the East of the 192 south of the I4, I have not got the zip codes for these communities. The 3 areas above though are the more popular with renters.

Buying a home in Florida is a big commitment and there are alot of things to take in to consideration, the home does not look after itself and requires alot of upkeep and therefore money. If you are buying a home with the outlook of making money forget it very few do, even if your home isnt rented out you still have to pay monthly management fees, weekly pool care and lawn services, plus electric and water costs for the air conditioning and pool, just because your home is empty you cannot turn these off.

But all the negatives cant make up for one plus, a home in florida its just great.
