The kitchen has all the usual appliances you would find in any kitchen. - coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle,dishwasher,fridge/freezer, electric oven, waste disposal, pans, glass ware, cutlery etc.

There may also be some items such as coffee, sugar, tea bags, salt etc depending on whether other guests have replenished the items they have used.

There is a Publix supermarket just a couple ofminutes away and a large Walmart only 3 minutes for any necessities you may need.

Next to the kitchen is a samll informal dining area, ideal for breakfast and snacks.

There is a door which leads from the kitchen into to a small area with a top loading washer and large dryer. The iron and ironing board are also stored in here.

Leading from the wash room area a door leads in to the garage. There are usually a few inflatables for the pool stored in the garage, along with a vacum cleaner.
