Well our villa is located on the Lindfields community, in Kissimmee this is a well established community being one of the first to be built around the Disney area. It is only a short drive of approximately 8 minutes to Walt Disney World a distance of about 5 miles.

It is close to the many restaurants, gift shops and flea markets on the 192.

A brand new Walmart is just 3 minutes away on highway 27

The other parks like Sea World and Universal Studios are approximately 20 minutes drive down the I4.

Orlando international airport is again approximately 20-30 minutes drive with Sanford airport further away taking about 40-50 minutes drive.

Please note the times are approximate and are an average time depending on traffic and other factors the jorney time may take slightly longer or less time.

If you have never been to Orlando before you cannot imagine the size of the area on the above map. If you go for 2 weeks and drive around to the parks, meals and shopping you can easily cover close to 600 miles. some of the villa communites can be 20 - 30 minutes drive away from Disney so after a long day at the parks you really don't want to get stuck in heavy traffic and have a long drive back. This is what makes the lindfields community so popular.

Car hire is a must, if you cannot drive or dont wish to hire a car then a villa in Orlando is not for you you would be better staying at a hotel on International Drive. We have found a great deal on Car Hire
