If you require individual nights ie 10 nights the price would be £400/$700 plus 3 nights at £58/$100 total £574/$1000

Well there is no catch. The above prices include all taxes but do not include pool heating, this is available at £60 ($105) per week, You do not have to have pool heating this is optional and can be booked at anytime but must be booked before you go to florida. Pool heat is usually only needed through the winter months October to April.

The price also does not include a security deposit this is £100 or $175 this is the total amount and not a weekly amount. The security deposit is payable with your final balance and is refunded within 14 days of your departure from our villa. We take the security deposit to cover for any damage or loss of keys. When you leave the villa, Kathy the lady who looks after it will check the villa for any damage and ensure you have left the keys. Provide there is no damage or breakages and the keys have been left, your security deposit will be refunded to you. (accidents happen and we allow for this provided Kathy is informed of any accidents or damage before you leave)

All taxes and other charges are all included, the price you see is the price you pay.

Also available is a welcome pack, this includes some essentials you may need when you get to the villa like milk, eggs, bread and many other items. It saves you a trip to the supermarket when you arrive at the villa and lets you get on with the necessary unpacking (thats what we call it but we mean getting in the pool) the price for a welcome pack is £50 or $87

When we have confirmed that dates are available and you want to book then a £200 ($350) deposit is required. For us to keep the dates for you we need to receive the deposit within 7 - 14 days. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday. For holidays inside 6 weeks then the full amout is due at the time of booking. When the balance is paid a security deposit is also payable, this amount is £100 or $175. Once you have paid the full amount you will then be sent the address details for the villa and within 10 dyas of your arrival at our villa we will send you by email the access code for getting the keys from the lock box which is located at the villa, no having to go to another address to pick up keys. Plus you will also receive other details regarding the villa and Kathy's details.

Please note deposits once paid are not refundable and we strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance.

Payment of deposits and other monies can be paid by cheque(check) in either UK £ pound or $US dollar, and can also be made via PAYPAL using a credit/debit card
